Description
The Princess V78 — where the French Riviera begins at your stern
Some yachts move you from port to port. The Princess V78 makes the journey the destination. Built by Princess Yachts in Britain and designed around outdoor living, she carries up to 10 guests with the kind of quiet confidence that only comes from 23 metres of beautifully engineered hull — twin diesels, a top speed of 35 knots, and a flybridge wide enough to forget you’re moving.
On deck
The spacious cockpit opens directly to the sea — ideal for alfresco lunches after a morning swim off the swim platform. Up top, the flybridge is where you’ll want to spend your evenings: sunbeds, a second helm, and unobstructed views from Saint-Honorat to the hills above Èze. Water toys, a jet tender, snorkelling gear, and paddleboards are all included — no extras, no surprises.
Below deck
Four private cabins sleep 8 guests in real comfort. The full-beam master suite sits midship — the quietest, most stable position on the vessel — with a king-size bed, ensuite, wardrobe, and sea views. A VIP cabin forward offers a queen bed and ensuite for a second couple. Two twin cabins complete the layout, each with individual climate control, soft lighting, and storage. A professional captain and crew are always on board, housed in separate quarters.
Where she takes you
Departing from Cannes, you’re 25 minutes from the Îles de Lérins, an hour from Monaco, and a lazy afternoon from Saint-Tropez. The V78’s range and speed mean you can anchor in a quiet cove by noon and be dining at a port-side restaurant by evening. Whether you want to island-hop for a week or charter her for a private event during the Cannes Film Festival, she’s built for it.
